anukey is a suite of joyful, discovery-based experiential offerings for all age groups and contexts, and is focused on fun learning and fun in learning.
The premise is that we grow, bond and learn about the world, about ourselves and about each other, through fun activity, in a non-evaluative manner, without even realizing it.
There is an emphasis on learning by observation, and from direct experience and experimentation, with some self-directed, choice-based learning.
The philosophy is of Jiddu Krishnamurti, with practices derived from Waldorf-Steiner education in which Anupa has deep professional experience & certification (in the latter).
Outcomes can vary from holistic self-development to skill-building to inter-generational bonding, to finding a cause or interest, depending on the age group(s) and the intent.
Anupa brings to these offerings 16 years in HR, Corporate Training & Big 4 Consulting after a PG from XLRI, where her interest in learning methodologies was sparked.
She then made a conscious career shift to classroom teaching, for 9+ years, across subjects, boards and age groups, in some of the best schools in the city and country.
Her experiences include residential schools, pastoral care, differentiated classrooms, and integrating differently-enabled children, and linguistic & socio-economic backgrounds.
Anupa’s approach has always been curriculum-agnostic, consciously wrapping and tailoring learning through curated experiences, rather than force-fitting outcomes.
Learning styles & approaches include reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, concrete experience & active experimentation, and also catering to multiple intelligences.
